Bohol Countryside 1 day Tour

Bohol was known for its exemplary and amazing    chocolate hills. Me and my friends planned to go Cebu, but wait BOHOL is just a 2 hour ferry from cebu so don't miss the opportunity to visit the home of more than thousands of chocolate hills.
How did We Get There?
We had the chance to booked a promo from Cebu Pacific bound to Cebu from Manila.
It is about more than an hour to travel via plane
We took an early morning trip so that we could arrive early in Cebu.
From the Mactan Airport we hired grab a car since it is our first time in Cebu and we head immediately to pier 1 to catch up our ferry going to Tagbilaran.
We travelled half an hour without the hassle traffic.
We had already our Ferry E-ticket before we arrived in Cebu. We asked a favor to our Travel Agent if they could book us and luckily they did.
The Ferry ticket cost only Php820.00 from Cebu-Tagbilaran-Cebu.
When we arrived in Bohol, Kuya Arvin, our hired driver greet us with his accommodating smile.
Let me show you our Itinerary for our Bohol Countryside Tour.
Places we Visited:
1. Chocolate Hills
This is one of the reason why Bohol is known for.

This is our first destination. It made my first impression wondered the beauty of its landscape. To reach this good view you'll have to step on a hundreds of stairs. At the top of it the fruit of hardwork gave you the excellent view of the amazing chocolate hills.

Chocolate hills now transforming to brown because its already summer. It turns green if it is wet season.
Entrance Fee: Php50.00
2.Ship Haus
On the way back to Tagbilaran, we stopped in the Ship Haus. It is a marine vessel shaped house located in Poblacio Norte, Batuan. You can go inside the house to have a pictures with the staff wearing seaman's uniform. It is owned by Capt. Gaudencio Dumapias ,a successful Mariner. The ship haus was opened on 2011.

4. Bilar Man-Made Forest
This is a favorite stop of tourists like me to capture a beautiful background of a forest.
It is stretching up to 2 kilometers. It consist of mahogany trees.

5. Bamboo Hanging Bridge
Few minutes from bilar man made forest is the famous hanging bamboo bridge crossing the Sipatan River in Sevilla,Bohol.
Stepping onto the bamboo bridge feels like daunting. Funny for me here is I get to cross the other side holding on the rope and cant even see straight. After crossing, you'll get to see the buko man who used to open the skin of the coconut through his mouth and teeth.
Entrance: Php20.00
6. Loboc River Lunch and Cruise
Our next destination is in their famous Loboc River Cruise. It is located right next to the Famous Loboc Church ruined by the earthquake. If you don't want to miss an excellent experience in Bohol you should visit their fiesta themed Lunch in a floating restaurant.
They serve Filipino buffet food with variety of choices. You'll surely enjoy eating while sailing with a live romantic music. In the middle of sailing there are group of performers waiting to perform for us. They sing and dance (Sayawit) which is very entertaining. You can even dance with them.
